Summary
Pro Level is an ultra precise leveling device, aimed for industrial leveling upon extreme demands. It performs a simultaneous planar inclination measurement (x, y), which leads into a rapid object leveling. Miniature on-sensor LED indicator shows inclination trend. Sensor is embedded in a mono-block stainless steel casing, shaped to fit both horizontal and vertical flat and curved surfaces. Memory space accommodates up to 50 initial/final inclination entries. Data transfer and reporting is provided via Bluetooth protocol. Measuring procedure is intuitive and user-friendly. Vertical axis marked by a co-axial laser pointer.
Status of the project: prototype in operation since April 2010
Scope of application: inspection and leveling: CNC and other machines, huge energetic items and assemblies, power trains, steel structures etc.
