Micro Mon is a compact data log and monitoring device. It is particularly designed for a condition monitoring of turbines and pumps. Wide range of comprised operating modes and functions provide a total introspect to the machinery operation. On-line measurement includes detection of 4 channel RMS vibration severity, 2 channel fluid pressure and related rotational speed. Results refresh each second and when the alarm level is exceeded red flag appears on the display. All the results are archived for the post event analysis, even a year backwards. Micro Mon provides also balancing mode, where the unbalance vector is detected and accordingly balanced.
Status of the project: prototype in operation since April 2010.
